MYOB Swag Store – Terms of Service

Welcome to the MYOB Swag Store (“the Store”). The Store is operated by Convert Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 40 627 908 301), trading as Send Jolly (“Send Jolly”, “we”, “us”, “our”) on behalf of MYOB.
By accessing or using the Store, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Store.
1. About the Store
The MYOB Swag Store provides MYOB-approved branded merchandise to employees, partners, customers, and authorised users in Australia and New Zealand (“Buyers”).
Send Jolly manages product sourcing, warehousing, fulfilment, customer service, and shipping on behalf of MYOB.
2. Eligibility
By using the Store, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have authority to purchase on behalf of your organisation.
- You are an authorised user permitted by MYOB.
- Your use of the Store complies with all applicable laws.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase merchandise. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD. Prices may be updated from time to time without notice.
3.3 Payment
Payment is required at checkout unless an internal billing process is set up by MYOB. We process payments securely through approved third-party payment providers.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Regions
We ship within Australia and New Zealand.
4.2 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes provided on the Store are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, stock availability, or events outside our control.
4.3 Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be issued once your order has been dispatched.
4.4 Issues with Delivery

5. Returns, Faults and Replacements
5.1 Reporting Window
To align with MYOB’s internal processes, all issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
5.2 Change-of-Mind Returns
As products are custom-branded, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
5.3 Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order is materially defective, incorrect, or damaged during transit, we will replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
We may request photos or ask you to return the item for assessment.
5.4 Cosmetic Variations
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the function or safety of the product are not considered faults and are not eligible for return.
6. Product Availability
Product availability may change without notice. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative or provide a refund
7. Intellectual Property
All MYOB trademarks, logos, branding assets, and associated intellectual property (“MYOB IP”) remain owned exclusively by MYOB.
Send Jolly uses MYOB IP under licence solely for the purpose of producing, customising, storing, and distributing MYOB merchandise.
Buyers must not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any Store content or MYOB IP beyond personal use of the purchased merchandise.
8. Website Use
When accessing or using the Store, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
- Test, scan, or probe the Store for vulnerabilities.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Store or its underlying systems.
- Use automated tools (including bots, scrapers, crawlers) without written permission.
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Store, except where permitted by law.
You are responsible for securing your account credentials and all activity conducted under your account.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your data.
By using the Store, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill.
- Our total liability arising from any order or product will not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
- We are not liable for delays, disruptions, or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Where statutory guarantees apply, our liability is limited (where allowed) to:
- Replacing the goods,
- Repairing the goods,
- Supplying equivalent goods,
- Paying the cost of replacement or repair.
Buyers agree to indemnify Send Jolly for losses arising from misuse of the Store, unauthorised access, or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect from the date they are published on this page.
